STUUR charges a 10% service fee on completed jobs. This fee covers platform maintenance, secure payment processing, and 24/7 support. There are no registration fees or monthly subscriptions for basic accounts.

How are agents verified?

All agents undergo a thorough verification process including ID verification, background checks, and skills assessment. Verified agents are marked with a "Verified" badge on their profile.

How does the payment system work?

Payments are held securely in escrow until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Once you confirm completion, funds are released to the agent. This protects both clients and agents.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?

If you're not satisfied, you can raise a dispute within 7 days of job completion. Our support team will review the case and work to find a fair resolution for both parties.

How do I withdraw my earnings as an agent?

You can withdraw earnings to your bank account via EFT, PayShap, or choose store vouchers from partners like Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, and more. Withdrawals are processed within 2-3 business days.
